NEW DELHI: The Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) declared the Goa Board Class 12 Results 2018 on its official website – gbshse.gov.in – on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 10 am. The pass percentage of this year is 85.53%.
The students who have appeared for the examination can register using the link above to get the result directly through SMS or email. All you have to do is enter your details such as – name, roll number, mobile number, email ID, and click on submit.
Of the 17,739 students who appeared for the exam, 15,172 have cleared. The highest pass percentage registered was in commerce stream at 90.58 per cent. Students who passed the exam with sports merit marks took the overall pass percentage up by 1.43%. Fifteen higher secondary schools have seen 95 per cent to 100 per cent students clear the exam.
The distribution of passing certificates cum statement of Grades/Marks of HSSC Examination will be done on April 30, 2018, from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm. The private candidates can collect their passing certificate cum statement of Grade/Marks from Goa Board’s office located at Alto Betim Bardez Goa, on producing hall ticket.
The Goa Board has successfully conducted Examination (Class 10) and Higher Secondary Examination (Class 12) for the session year 2017-18 in the month of March. The Goa HSSC Examination was held between March 5 to March 24, 2018, at 16 examination centres across the state.
A total of 18,499 candidates appeared for the Goa Board Class 12 examination 2018, out of which – 4,321 are arts candidates; 5,595 commerce
candidates; 5,728 science candidates; and 2,855 are vocational candidates. The total number of girls appeared is 9,667 while 8,832 boys appeared for the Goa HSSC Examination 2018.
Last year’s HSSC Examination 2017 pass percentage was 88.78%
